From exploring the lower sections of Billy's Creek, the highs of Stringy Bark Track on Kerry Road and all the way up to the Tarra Bulga National park, there's plenty to see throughout the Morwell National Park.
Parkrun in Newborough is a great course to help increase all fitness levels. I’ve done parkrun multiple times in Newborough and it is always a great opportunity to catch up with friends and be active at the same time, plus it is a beautiful track through the botanical gardens and the rail trail. It is always good to be out in nature
Waterhole Creek in Morwell is a nice, easy track to tackle. It's even better when running a lap of Kernot Lake at the end. Definitely recommend it to all walkers and runners.
I love a Saturday morning walking at the Traralgon Railway Reserve. Birds are chirping, shade in the summer and great facilities all the way through the park. Very picturesque.
